This talk will explore the energetics of stress, how it manifests in the body, and what we can do to shift it. Jennifer will share and demonstrate Energy Medicine techniques to calm and reduce stress and anxiety by placing our hands on specific areas of our body. This supports wellness with a specific focus on reducing the body’s feeling of overwhelm by calming the fight, flight, freeze response so you can remain centered and balanced even when faced with stress. Attendees will learn ways to balance and harmonize their energies to support natural healing and wellness. This will include simple self-care methods to regulate your own nervous system that can be done any time, no special equipment needed.
Jennifer has been practicing energy medicine for over 10 years and the energetic techniques she shares are rooted in Donna Eden’s body of work, Jin Shin Jyutsu and Reiki. Post a 30+ year career in pharmaceutical research, her goal is to guide people in understanding holistic ways to create and maintain personal wellness through balancing and harmonizing our energy.
