We're so pleased you're looking to improve your fitness, get motivated and learn how to Nordic walk. Before you can join any of our Nordic walks or courses you need to learn the Nordic walking technique.

Join us for a FREE 30 minute taster Nordic walk to show you what this fanstaic exercise is all about.

Poles also supplied for free, just wear suitbale clothing and shoes and boots with a good tread.

Suitable for beginners and we can assess your fitness level on the day

If you enjoy your taster and want to contine Nordic walking we'll ask you to book a one off Beginner Workshop (60 minutes) with us.
