All levels: beginners, practitioners, first-timers. Bring your mat.
?Location: on the sand, next to the 72nd street lifeguard stand (blue & green), behind the Miami Beach Bandshell.
?To honor the practice, arrive at the yoga spot on time and visibly ready. If no yogis are present within 5 minutes, the session moves to the next offering.
