A Free 30-Minute Community Sound Bath in Raleigh, NC
Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a moment to breathe?
Join She Healz Wellness for Midweek Sound Reset in the Park, a monthly outdoor sound healing experience designed to help you release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself.
Held on the first Wednesday of each month at Fred Fletcher Park in Raleigh, this full 30-minute experience combines crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, guided meditation, mindful breathing, and relaxation practices to support emotional wellness, nervous system regulation, and inner peace.
Whether you are new to sound healing or have attended before, all are welcome.

What Is Sound Healing?
Sound healing uses vibration, frequency, and intentional sound to encourage deep relaxation and stress relief. Participants often report feeling calmer, more centered, and emotionally refreshed following a session.
