Join us each week for a sociable run club where nobody gets left behind!

- Stretch with us
- Head off!
We complete a 5k each week but we also have a 3k option - with coaches at the front and back!
Once a month we host a pub run too - alcohol not compulsory, just a great chance to chat and make new friends.
Our run club is always free - there's no joining fees and card details aren't required.
