At Inspiring Actions, we believe in giving back to our community and creating space for everyone to experience yoga, regardless of financial circumstances.Our Karma Gentle Yoga class is a slow-paced, nourishing practice designed to help you unwind, release stress, and feel supported in your body. This class is welcoming to all—whether you are brand new to yoga or a long-time practitioner. Clear, thoughtful instruction is provided, with guidance on safely moving from standing to the floor, along with plenty of options to make each pose accessible and comfortable. Chairs are available for those who prefer or need to remain seated.
Karma Gentle Yoga is held on the third Sunday of each month from 4-5pm and is offered free of charge. Donations of any amount are welcome and help support the Abundant Yoga Community, allowing us to continue offering accessible classes for all.
