An embodied movement experience that journeys through meditation, breathwork, vinyasa, free-form dance, and deep yin. Weaving in song, dance, storytelling, and silence—the original human medicines—we’ll explore movement as a path to self-healing and expression. This is a space for you to explore, play, and come alive. As each of us finds the freedom to express ourselves, we invite others to do the same. That’s the power of gathering and practicing together.
GTHR Coffee & Community
GTHR is a San Diego mobile coffee cart serving handcrafted espresso drinks, homemade syrups, and warm hospitality. Stay after class to enjoy a coffee, connect with new friends, and keep the morning flowing.
Attendees are invited to shop after the class with an exclusive prAna discount, as well as purchase a coffee from GTHR.
