Welcome to TITLE Boxing Club - Lincoln Park's monthly free class series! This is a beginner-friendly heavybag class, guaranteed to have you leaving the class with a post-workout glow: clear-headed and re-energized. 8 rounds of boxing drills: speed, power, and combo's. Get your chance to take it all out on the bag!
1. Show Up Early
Get to your first class 15 minutes before the scheduled class time so we can show you the ropes.
2. Protect Your Hands
Protect Your Hands - If you do not own a pair of hand wraps or gloves, we have them available for rental & purchase.
3. We’ll Show You the Basics
Our Coaches will wrap your hands and teach you how to throw the six basic punches.
4. Bring A Friend!
Classes are always better with a friend! Feel free to bring a buddy - all you have to do is text us at the number below.
