About this Event
Formation & Flow: Mommy & Me Fall Celebration is an outdoor, family-friendly fitness event created for moms, little ones, and families to move, connect, and celebrate the fall season together.
We’ll kick things off with Formation & Flow, a circuit-style fitness class centered around proper form, technique, strength, conditioning, and cardio. The goal is to not only get a great workout, but to help you understand how to move safely and effectively so you can feel more confident working out on your own.
While the adults participate in the workout, kids will have fun activities of their own to enjoy.
🍂 COME DRESSED TO CELEBRATE! 🍂Dressing up is a BIG part of our fall celebration! Come in your favorite family-friendly costume, fall-inspired look, or festive outfit and have fun with it. Whether you go all out or keep it simple, we want to see you bring your fall spirit!
Everyone is welcome! You don’t have to be a mom, have kids, or dress up to join us. Come as you are and enjoy a welcoming day of movement, wellness, and community.
🎟️ Your ticket includes admission for you + up to 2 children. Kids will have access to their own activities throughout the event.
After the workout, we’ll wind down with a wellness activity, refreshments, kids’ activities, and time to connect with other families.
