About this Event
This workshop invites participants to discover the natural resources growing on our doorstep through a guided walk.
Facilitated by STORE Projects and led by foraging & sustainable food expert Andy Gathercole alongside chef and designer Moonhyung Lee, the walk will explore the edible plants and ingredients found along this diverse river corridor, opening up conversations around food accessibility, food security and resilience.
Through walking, conversation and shared discovery, participants will develop a deeper awareness of the knowledge embedded within our urban landscape, and explore new ways of connecting with and learning from the natural environment around us.
STORE Projects run socially engaged educational programmes within architecture, art & design. Proceeds from the workshops support our free After School Club and Summer School programmes.
