Eating for energy, performance & wellbeingWhat we eat can have a much bigger impact on how we feel, think and perform each day.
Food for Life is an open, practical nutrition workshop exploring the hidden cost of poor nutrition and how everyday food choices can influence our energy, focus, mood, health and overall wellbeing.
We’ll explore some of the key drivers of poor nutrition, including highly processed foods, chronic stress, poor-quality sleep and sedentary lifestyles.
We’ll also look at the effects and impacts these can have on our bodies and minds, including brain fog, fatigue, reduced focus, mood changes, slower decision-making, increased stress and burnout, and reduced productivity and performance.
Most importantly, this workshop focuses on what we can do about it. You’ll learn simple, evidence-based nutrition strategies, practical food ideas and easy recipes to support your energy, performance and overall wellbeing.
The session will include a small cooking demonstration and a nourishing lunch, giving you practical ideas and knowledge you can take home and use every day.
