Healthy habits start early! Join our friends from Project Healthy Kids for a hands-on program that helps children and their grownups discover the fun of healthy eating. Throughout the series, little chefs will explore age-appropriate cooking skills, learn where food comes from, discover which foods help growing bodies thrive, and even get their hands in the garden. From safe knife skills for toddlers to creating simple, healthy snacks, every session is designed to build confidence in the kitchen and make nutrition fun.
