Charleston, WV – The West Virginia Statewide Independent Living Council (WVSILC) along with the West Virginia Independence Network (WIN) will hold multiple listening sessions throughout WV to receive public input for developing the State Plan for Independent Living (SPIL).The SPIL is a three-year plan for strengthening independent living in West Virginia.
