From the comfort of the Bay Tower Pool, you’ll float effortlessly atop warm, glistening water as layers of crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle gongs wash over you—balancing the body, calming the mind, and opening the heart.
Let the golden, afternoon light mingle with the harmonics of sound and sea breeze. Whether you’re a local seeking renewal or a guest discovering San Diego’s coastal magic, this experience offers a moment of rare stillness and sensory indulgence.
What to Expect:
- A 45-minute guided floating sound bath led by certified sound healers
- Use of floatation devices provided for your comfort
- Towels and herbal refreshments following the session
- Complimentary access to the Lanai Pool and marina views for the day
