No swimming skills are required—this experience is designed to be accessible for everyone. You'll float on a comfortable flotation device, and our team will be on hand to ensure your comfort and safety throughout the session.
We provide everything you need, including flotation devices, a towel, headphones, and all the necessary items for the breathwork and sound healing experience. Wear comfortable clothing and please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and setup.
