About this Event
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Arrive 15-30 minutes before the session to allow time for sign in as well as settling into the space.
- Be mindful if participants are actively relaxing before the sound bath.
- We ask that you arrive into the space calmly and quietly.

Amy will start with guiding you through breathwork and provide essential oils and light touch, enhancing the experience and deepening your connection to the present moment.
You will then be guided by the gentle resonance of various instruments, including crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, and a wind gong. This floating sound bath will give you space to unwind, release tension, and explore the depths of your consciousness. You may experience a range of sensations, from tingling waves of energy to profound insights and emotional release.
As the sound bath draws to a close, you will gently be brought back to the present moment, feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and deeply aligned. Leave feeling centered, balanced, and focused! Sound healing is a great way to improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
No experience needed!
Maximum students: 14 floating / 6 grounded
WHAT TO PREPARE AND BRING:
- Socks
- Wear warm and comfortable clothes
- Eye mask
- Small Pillow
- Cozy blanket
- Any crystals you’d like to cleanse!
- Drink plenty of water the night before!
PLEASE NOTE:
This experience is held on our beautiful outdoor aerial deck. Because we are an urban sanctuary, there will be ambient sounds from the city and airplanes that are beyond our control. This is a great practice for being able to find your inner peace when life is happening around you.
