Join us for an interactive evening celebrating Italian craft beer and pizza as Eataly teams up with Birra Flea for a guided tasting and hands-on pizza-making class in La Scuola. Inspired by the success of our summer Terrazza events, this exclusive experience brings the flavours of Umbria indoors for a relaxed and sociable evening of great beer, food and Italian hospitality.
Led by Birra Flea ambassadors Matteo and Chiara, you'll discover four distinct beers, each showcasing a different style and flavour profile.
The 4 beers you will taste:
- Costanza Blonde Ale or Leggera to start with a lighter, refreshing style
- Federico II Extra IPA as the hop-forward beer
- Bastola Imperial Red Ale to finish with a richer, malt-driven profile
- Special Noel Christmas Beer
The tasting journey will begin with lighter, more refreshing brews before moving towards richer and more characterful styles, including Noël, Birra Flea's seasonal winter beer. Along the way, you'll learn about the brewery, the inspiration behind each beer, and the art of pairing craft beer with food.
During the guided tasting, Eataly's chef will lead a hands-on pizza-making class, teaching you how to stretch, top and bake authentic Italian pizza using premium ingredients. Together, we'll explore how different toppings complement the beers in the tasting, creating the perfect beer-and-pizza pairing experience.
Whether you're a craft beer enthusiast, a pizza lover, or simply looking for a unique evening out, this intimate class offers the perfect opportunity to learn, taste, and enjoy great company.
