Positioned for Success — Fit for Purpose Woman Conference 2026
You’ve worked hard to get where you are. Now it’s time to position yourself for where you’re going next.
The Fit for Purpose Woman Conference 2026: Positioned for Success is a transformative one-day experience created for ambitious women in career, business and leadership who are ready to grow, lead with greater confidence and intentionally position themselves for their next level.
Taking place on Saturday 14 November 2026 at art’otel Battersea Power Station, London, this is more than a conference. It is a day to step away from the demands of everyday life, invest in yourself, gain fresh perspective and connect with women who are also committed to growth, purpose and impact.
This year's theme, Positioned for Success, is about recognising that success isn't simply about working harder. It's about being intentional about how you position yourself — in your career, business, finances, wellbeing, visibility, leadership and personal growth.
Throughout the day, you'll hear from an exceptional line-up of speakers and experts sharing practical insights and strategies designed to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Through inspiring keynote sessions, interactive workshops, meaningful conversations and strategic networking, we'll explore topics including leadership and purpose, personal visibility, financial security, AI and working smarter, health and wellbeing, personal presence, storytelling and positioning your expertise for greater impact.
What can you expect?
✨ Powerful keynote sessions designed to challenge your thinking and expand your vision.
✨ Practical expert-led workshops where you'll gain strategies you can apply beyond the conference.
✨ Wellness and personal growth conversations because sustainable success should never come at the expense of your health and wellbeing.
✨ Strategic networking with women from different industries, professions and spheres of influence.
✨ Meaningful connections in an environment designed to encourage collaboration rather than competition.
✨ A beautiful premium experience at art’otel Battersea Power Station, with refreshments, lunch and your conference workbook included.
Most importantly, you'll have an opportunity to pause and ask yourself:
Where am I now?
Where am I going?
And how do I need to position myself for what's next?
You don't need to have everything figured out before you arrive.
Come ready to learn.
Come ready to connect.
Come ready to be challenged.
Come ready to position yourself for your next level.
Wellness. Empowerment. Networking. Growth.
This is your invitation to be in the room.
