Memphis, we’re turning 7! 🎉 Join us for a FREE community fitness celebration packed with fitness, music, energy, vendors, giveaways, special guests, and tons of FUN!
Kick off your day with check-in and warm-up at 8:30 AM, then get ready to sweat with a high-energy Cardio HIIT LIVE session featuring special guest trainers and a live DJ at 9:00 AM.
Take a break at 10:00 AM to hydrate, visit vendors, and soak in the vibe before we hit the turf at 11:00 AM for Trap Bootcamp — all fitness levels welcome with modifications available.
We’ll wrap up at noon with giveaways, acknowledgments, and one big Fit Faith family photo to celebrate 7 years strong!
Bring: water, comfy shoes, exercise mat, towel, and your best energy! Registration is required, so save your spot now and come ready to move, connect, and celebrate with us.
