About this Event
What does wellbeing really mean to you? And how do you find what feels good for YOU?
With so many different approaches to health and wellbeing, it can be difficult to know where to start, what might work for us, or how to make space for the things that help us feel good.
But what if wellness wasn't about following a particular routine, ticking boxes or trying to do all the things we're told are good for us? What if it was about discovering what genuinely feels good for you?
Join us for an informal, audience-led conversation with Alex Howarth, founder of Norwich Yoga Festival and Align with Alex.
Rather than a formal talk, this Feel Good Discovery evening will be shaped by your questions, thoughts and curiosities. It's an opportunity to explore the things you've always wondered about, share experiences, hear different perspectives and discover new possibilities in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
Together, we'll explore what wellness means to us as individuals, how we can move beyond expectations of what it should look like, and how we can find approaches that feel right for our own lives.
You might be curious about where to begin your wellbeing journey, how to find practices that suit you, how to make time for yourself, or how to navigate the sometimes overwhelming world of wellness. Or perhaps you have a completely different question.
There are no silly questions, no expectations and no one-size-fits-all answers. Just an open conversation where your voice matters and we can learn from one another.
Come with your questions, bring your curiosity, and leave with fresh perspectives and inspiration to find what feels good for YOU.
Feel Good Discovery is a series of informal evenings from Feel Good Norfolk, creating space for conversations, shared experiences and fresh perspectives on health and wellbeing. Our aim is to help people feel more connected, discover what's available to them, and find their own way to feeling good.
