The Financial Fitness & Economic Empowerment Cohort is a structured, supportive learning experience designed to help participants identify and modify negative financial behaviors that impact financial stability. Through a combination of targeted group sessions and personalized one-on-one counseling, attendees gain a deeper understanding of how to improve their financial health and successfully meet their financial goals.

Program Structure

• 6 interactive group sessions to promote accountability, behavior change, and long-term success.

• Individual one-on-one counseling sessions provided monthly between group sessions by a HUD-certified counselor. These sessions monitor progress toward participant goals, reinforce positive behaviors, address challenges, and provide customized strategies.
