Intro to Cuban Salsa with Yuni Ramos. Elders and Kids Free!About this Event
Cuban Salsa
Saturday, October 31, 2026
Step into the circle with Yuni Ramos, a master dancer raised in the rumba lineage of Los Muñequitos de Matanzas, and learn Cuban salsa the way it lives in the streets and casino rounds of Cuba. You will build clean footwork, connected partnering, and musical timing, and with each turn you will feel your body loosen, your confidence rise, and the joy of the rhythm move through your Moyo (Heart).
Joy was the resistance then; and It's our medicine now. All are welcome in this studio.
These community workshops were made possible by funding from the Coloradao Health Foundation and Black Resilience in Colorado (BRIC) Fund.
