Cup two Fermentation Project kits, explore three low-altitude coffees, and join a live Q&A on fermentation with San Miguel Urias owners
About this Event

Join us for a special coffee cupping exploring fermentation, processing, and the impact of altitude on coffee flavour.

We’ll taste two different Fermentation Project kits (roasted by Thomsons Coffee and Glen Lyon Coffee Roasters) alongside a Geisha from Vista Hermosa (Cup of Excellence-winning farm) and three varietals of low-altitude coffees.

We’ll also be joined by Daniele and Maris, the owners of San Miguel Urias, for a live Q&A about their work and the fermentation project. The Fermentation Project explores how different fermentation techniques influence flavour, offering an opportunity to better understand the relationship between processing and what we taste in the cup.

Come ready to taste, compare, ask questions, and explore what makes each coffee unique!
