About this Event
Join us for our 5th Annual FELStival 2026, a FREE community fall family festival! Due to inclement weather, FELStival has been postponed to Sunday, October 4, 2026, from 12 PM–4 PM at Federation Early Learning Services (FELS) Paley Early Learning Center, located at 2199 Strahle Street, Philadelphia, PA 19152.
We may have had to postpone, but FELStival is still happening! Five years of FELStival deserves a celebration filled with sunshine, smiles, and unforgettable family fun—and we can't wait to celebrate with you!
Bring the whole family for an exciting day of fall fun, featuring food trucks, live music, farm animals, sensory activities, family yoga, children's games, hands-on activities, community partners, and so much more! Whether you're looking for outdoor family fun, engaging activities for young children, or a chance to connect with your community, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
While you're here, take a guided tour of Paley Early Learning Center and learn about our high-quality early childhood education programs, including Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K Counts, and Head Start. Meet our dedicated staff, explore our classrooms, and discover how FELS helps children build a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
