About this Event
Feel Good Discovery: Community Q&A
We know that wellness isn’t just about what we do as individuals. Feeling connected, having a sense of belonging and being part of a community are an important part of our wellbeing.
For our very first Feel Good Discovery evening at Carrow House, we're bringing together three brilliant people who are creating spaces, projects and experiences that help people connect with themselves, each other and their communities.
Hosted by Sarah Groves, founder of Feel Good Norfolk, our community Q&A panel proudly brings together:
Lee Tayler - The Lions' Den
Jackie Heffer-Cooke - Freedom Wellbeing
Tom Sutton - Sauna Box
We'll explore what community and connection really mean, why they matter for our wellbeing, and what it takes to create spaces where people feel welcome, included and able to belong.
We'll hear the stories behind each of their organisations and the communities they've built, as well as exploring the challenges, lessons and unexpected moments that come with bringing people together.
And, most importantly, we want this to be a conversation rather than a presentation.
Ask the panel
What would you like to know?
When you book, you'll have the opportunity to submit a question for the panel in advance. Perhaps you're curious about how to build a community, create a welcoming space, start a wellbeing project or simply want to understand more about how you can feel more connected with your local wellness community.
You can ask anything you're curious about, and there will also be an opportunity to ask questions on the evening.
Tuesday 13th October
6.30pm - arrivals & connection
Come along, settle in and meet other people interested in wellbeing and community. The Lions' Den will be providing a non-alcoholic drink to enjoy as you arrive.

A relaxed and informal conversation hosted by Sarah, with our panel of local wellbeing community leaders, followed by questions from the audience.
Pay what you can
We want Feel Good Discovery to be accessible, so tickets are pay what you can from £10-£25. Choose the amount that feels right for you. If £10 is what you can afford, that's absolutely fine. If you're able to contribute more, you will be helping Feel Good Norfolk continue creating accessible opportunities for connection, wellbeing and community across Norfolk.
Every ticket helps support the work of Feel Good Norfolk, our not-for-profit initiative connecting people to local wellbeing and preventative community support, while strengthening Norfolk's local wellbeing community.
Come along to listen, ask, connect and discover. Because feeling good isn't something we have to do alone.
