About this Event
The ZIIBAAH UK Anniversary Conference is an annual gathering designed to inspire individuals to embrace their identity, step into their future selves, and use their influence to create meaningful impact in their communities and society.
The 2026 edition focuses on the relationship between leadership, identity, purpose, empathy, and community transformation. It brings together professionals, entrepreneurs, leaders, changemakers, and generational shapers for meaningful conversations and practical insights on how individuals can lead with greater intentionality and contribute to building stronger, more inclusive communities.
2026 Theme: Leading with the Heart, Creating Community with Purpose
The theme calls participants to rethink leadership beyond position, achievement, or personal success. It emphasizes leadership rooted in empathy, service, responsibility, collaboration, and purposeful action.
The conference seeks to encourage participants to recognize that the future we desire is shaped by how we lead, the choices we make, the communities we build, and the people we choose to carry along.

Mother & Daughter Experience
Bring Your Daughter. Build the Future Together.
This year, we are especially encouraging mothers to attend the conference with their daughters.
We believe that conversations around identity, leadership, purpose, empathy and influence are worth having across generations. When mothers and daughters share these conversations, they create opportunities to learn from one another, strengthen their connection, and begin shaping the kind of future they want to see.
Programme:
The conference will feature keynote and guest speakers, a panel discussion, and conversations centred on leadership, identity, community, purpose, and social impact.
The programme is scheduled to run from:
- 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
- Saturday, 7 November 2026.
Event Fee:
- This event is totally FREE for ALL.
- Requires your 100% attention
Purpose of the Gathering:
At its heart, the conference is about helping people move from simply imagining the future they desire to becoming the people capable of creating it—by leading with the heart, taking responsibility for their influence, and creating communities where people can thrive.
It is an invitation to look inward at who we are becoming, look outward at the communities we are helping to shape, and consider the responsibility that comes with our influence.
Whether you come as a professional, entrepreneur, leader, changemaker, community builder—or as a mother bringing her daughter—we invite you to join us for an afternoon of connection, reflection, learning and purposeful action.
