About this Event

Farm to Flow - Free All Levels Vinyasa at La Jolla Farmers Market

Come join us for a rejuvenating Vinyasa yoga class at the La Jolla Open Aire Farmers Market!

This 45-minute class is designed for all experience levels—from brand new to seasoned yogis. You'll move through a creative sequence of sun salutations and standing postures to build heat, followed by grounding stretches and a peaceful savasana to close. Our instructors will offer modifications and variations so you can practice in a way that serves your body.
✨ What to Bring: Yoga mat, water, and an open heart.
🌿 Where to Meet: On the grass at La Jolla Elementary Lawn.
🧘‍♀️ Cost: 100% free—just show up and flow.
Soul Plunge is honored to collaborate with the La Jolla Open Aire Farmers Market for this beautiful fusion of wellness—from nourishing movement to fresh, local food. Our studio is just a 2-minute walk from the market. Come say hi after class! We'd love to welcome you in for a tour, a hot yoga class, or some cold plunge + sauna contrast therapy.
Let’s move, connect, and grow together. Community is at the core of what we do—and we’re so grateful to share this with you.
