Ancient Roots, New Shoots is a playful and heart-centered 4-session family yoga series for children ages 4–9 and their family members.
Through rhythmic movement, yoga, imagination, connection, and play, children and adults are invited to slow down, connect with one another, and experience the joy of being together in community.
Caitlin’s intention is to create a space where families can reconnect with themselves and each other while learning how to reawaken, preserve, and protect the magical child in every being.
Each class will offer an accessible, engaging experience designed especially for young children and the grown-ups who love them. No previous yoga experience is needed—just come ready to move, connect, imagine, and play.
This offering is rooted in the foundational teachings and values of Sva Ha Academy, honoring connection, presence, rhythm, community, and the natural joy within each of us.
