About this Event

A two-day workshop in Family Constellations led by Julie Ulbricht & Martin Jaquess

There is the option to attend Saturday only for those that wish (nb booking fee is the same).

An opportunity to experience the Constellations process and see how it can throw light onto an issue that is having an impact in your life, whether it is in the area of health, career or relationships. With the help of the group, we can begin to see more clearly the patterns we repeat and the influence of our family system and, in doing so, we are able to take a step towards freedom.

In the process of Family Constellations we ask others to represent members of our family or parts of ourselves. The representatives’ experience provides information about blocks, entanglements and omissions in our family system. Secrets that have been buried in the family, people who have been excluded: all have their influence on subsequent generations and, as we begin to see what has been hidden or forgotten, so the process of healing can begin.

We are looking forward to sharing the transforming work of Family Constellations with you. Some of you have experienced it already and others are new to this work. Whatever you bring with you adds to the mix.

Witnessing your own Constellation, acting as a representative in another person’s Constellation or simply being present and witnessing the work as part of the group can be enough to create a profound internal shift. There will be the opportunity for a number of people to have a personal Constellation over the weekend. Our experience shows that the Constellation serves the whole group and not just the issue holder.

On the Sunday we will also be demonstrating Self-fcilitated Constellations: a powerful tool which you can use in your daily life.

Testimonials

"I want to start by saying that in the years of counselling I have done to get to the root of my self-abandonment, self-sabotage, disconnection from my body (which brought on Fibromyalgia) and never feeling good enough, last Saturday was a real, true breakthrough for me.
I felt different almost immediately. I left with hope that I have not had since a teen.
I felt a love, and respect for my body. I have been looking after myself and nourishing myself in a new way." Tanya

“Relaxed, safe, deep and nourishing work. It brought me to a place of stillness and peace – a resting internally that is quite often elusive for me. My sincere and heartfelt gratitude to Julie and Martin.” Sam, Sussex

I'm grateful for your amazing intuition, deep understanding of trauma and ability to create a safe space." Viviana (online)

“Thank you for facilitating this amazing experience. I’m sure it will take time to process it all but I immediately feel lighter somehow, as if a heavy burden has begun lifting.” Miranda (online)

‘’The constellation work with all its dynamics seems to be driven by an element of magic.’’ Dana, Hertford

“Great workshops to explore what is holding us back in life, and release ancestral trauma and energy. Julie is an amazing and loving facilitator.” Daniele (online)

This Family Constellations Workshop is being offered by Julie Ulbricht and Martin Jaquess

"We are delighted that we are now able to offer Family Constellations workshops together. They are the fruit of our individual journeys and trainings over many years."

Julie Ulbricht is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Trauma therapist and Family Constellations Facilitator. Julie studied Family Constellations and has ongoing training and supervision with Barbara Morgan. She has also studied with a number of other internationally recognised facilitators including Francesca Mason Boring, Stephan Hausner and Pia Storm Kalhof.

'"The foundation and backbone of my practice is many years practice of meditation and bodywork. Why are these important? Because the ability to listen, sometimes to hear behind the words and to sense what the body is communicating, offer a way to connect at a deeper level."

Martin Jaquess is a Family Constellations Facilitator who studied with and is currently apprenticed to Barbara Morgan.
Martin has also studied Family Constellations with Ty Francis and Stephan Hausner and he has undertaken training in Gabor Maté's Compassionate Inquiry.

"I see this work as an incredibly powerful tool for inner and outer transformation, one that can turn our lives around, and prevent our past from becoming our future."
