11:45am-12:30pm | Egg Freezing in 2026

Preserving your fertility and keeping your options open. This session offers a clear look at egg freezing and how it can be a game-changer for LGBTQIA+ people. Egg-freezing is Britain’s fastest- growing fertility treatment and can fit into a range of family-building pathways, but key to them all is the control it offers over your reproductive future; the big decisions are left to you.

12:45pm-1:30pm | Choosing a Sperm Donor: Inside London Sperm Bank
How do you find the right sperm donor? In this session, you’ll get an inside look at London Sperm Bank’s approach — a process shaped by the experiences and priorities of LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples.

1pm-1:45pm | Surrogacy and Donor Eggs: Medical, Legal and Emotional Relaties

What does surrogacy involve — medically, emotionally, and personally? This panel brings together expert guidance and lived experience to provide a grounded, inclusive look at surrogacy for LGBTQIA+ families. Hear directly from a doctor and a parent who has navigated the journey, with open discussion around expectations, challenges, and the realities of building a family through surrogacy.

2pm-2:45pm | Kind iVF: Affordable, Accessible and Successful IVF

Kind iVF offers an IVF option that combines high success rates with affordability, making fertility treatment more accessible than ever. This session will explore how it works, what sets it apart, and why it has resonated with many LGBTQIA+ people exploring parenthood.

2:15pm-3pm | Advanced Techniques: Boosting Your IVF Success
What if you could improve your chances of success before an embryo is transferred? This session explains how PGT-A combined with the latest laboratory technologies, can help identify embryos with the highest potential. Learn how modern IVF labs support better outcomes, who PGT-A may be right for, and how it fits into inclusive family-building pathways.

3:15pm-4pm | Creating LGBTQ Families with Reciprocal IVF

This panel explores Reciprocal IVF (also known as Shared Motherhood) - a treatment pathway that has transformed family-building for many LGBTQ+ couples. Bringing together medical specialists and parents who’ve experienced the process, the discussion will cover how Reciprocal IVF works in practice and what it means emotionally, physically and clinically.
