Guided by Carrie Agasid, a trauma-informed somatic practitioner, participants will rest on mats and enjoy about an hour of restorative sound featuring gongs and crystal singing bowls. Advance registration is required and space is limited. If interest is high, spots will be filled through a random drawing, and selected participants will be contacted by email.
