Step away from the day-to-day & reset with Impulse Group DC for an Orangetheory workout centered on movement, stress relief, and community.
About this Event

Join Impulse Group DC powered by AHF for FALL RESET: Burn. Move. Recharge., an afternoon at Orangetheory Fitness designed to give our community a chance to step away from the everyday, get moving, release some stress, clear our heads, and connect with one another.

At the center of the experience will be Orangetheory’s signature Orange 60 workout—a coach-led, 60-minute class combining cardio and strength training while allowing each person to work within their own heart-rate zones and at a pace that works for them.

This isn’t about being the fastest, strongest, or most experienced person in the room.

It’s about showing up for yourself.

Whether working out is already part of your routine or you’re simply looking for something different to help you reset, this event is an opportunity to move your body, challenge yourself, enjoy some good energy, and make a little more space for your mental and emotional wellness.

Because taking care of our mental health can also look like staying active, making time to recharge, connecting with community, and doing something that makes us feel good.
