On the eve of the full moon, step above the city for a guided experience followed by artfully presented botanical bites, elevated elixirs, and meaningful connection.

The menu is fully plant-based and served as hors d’oeuvres. Selections may vary with seasonal availability.

**11:00 AM — Doors Open**
Guest check-in, wellness-vendor discovery, photographs, intentional connection, and time to settle into the space.
**11:45 AM — Transition to Mats**
Guests are invited to move to their prepared mat spaces for opening remarks and grounding.
**12:00 PM — Breathwork and Somatic Movement**
Guided breath, gentle movement, and body tapping to release tension and prepare the nervous system for rest.
**12:15 PM — Full-Moon Gratitude and Release Ritual**
An intentional ritual centered on gratitude, reflection, and releasing what no longer serves.
**12:30 PM — Immersive Sound Bāthe**
A layered sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, and ceremonial instruments.
**1:00 PM — Botanical Brunch and Elixir Reception**
Chef-curated plant-based hors d’oeuvres, zero-proof botanical elixirs, wellness vendors, photography, fellowship, and intentional networking.

Come Prepared

Wear **elevated comfort or polished athleisure** suitable for gentle movement. Neutral and earth-inspired tones are encouraged.
Mats are provided. Bring a water bottle, comfortable socks, and a light layer. Enjoy a light breakfast beforehand; food service begins at 1:00 PM.
Please arrive between **11:00 and 11:30 AM**. Late entry may be limited once the guided session begins.
