About this Event
As day and night come into equal balance, we are invited to pause, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves. This special seasonal practice will begin with gentle yoga to release tension and cultivate grounding, followed by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls to support relaxation and inner balance.
Together, we'll honor the changing season, reflect on what we've cultivated throughout the year, and create space for gratitude, renewal, and intention as we move into autumn.
All levels are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and an open heart.
