Fall in Love with Yourself
This is a ceremony for welcoming all of you home, the light and the parts you've kept hidden, held in a space designed for reflection, release, and deep nervous system restoration.
What to expect:
We'll begin seated at the provided yoga mat with a tarot card, an invitation to notice what comes up for you and how the card mirrors what's asking to be seen this season. From there, you'll write a love note to yourself, using what surfaced in the tarot pull to set an intention for the darker months ahead. If you are called to, there will be an opportunity to share with the group.
Once intentions are set, we'll transition into sound therapy. Using ocean drums, chimes, tuning forks, and traditional singing bowls, these frequencies work to biologically hack your nervous system into a state of regulation, beginning the process of healing and restoration on a cellular level.
This ceremony centers QTBIPOC communities and anyone ready to meet themselves, shadow and all, with compassion.
How to prepare: Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a journal, pen, and water. Yoga mats will be provided, but feel free to bring anything else that may make this experience more comfortable for you.
