A peaceful and soulful start to your Sunday: a fall equinox morning yoga session to rejuvenate, reflect, and return to yourself in nature.
Come gather with us at this sacred seasonal threshold. As day and night find equal balance, we gather at the ocean's edge to celebrate all that summer has given and open gently into what the turning season holds. Be nourished by the elements, intentional movement, soulful music, and guidance from Julie.
This Soul Flow weaves yogic practice around the equinox theme of balance: the still point between light and dark, exhale and inhale, effort and ease. We'll begin with centering meditation, dropping into the quiet that lives in the heart. From there, a mindful active flow warms the body and moves energy (prana) through the whole system. We'll close with grounding, restorative poses that invite us to release and soften into the season ahead.
Held by our steady nature elements - sunshine, ocean air, and earth, this is your invitation to take in the last golden light of summer, give thanks for the beauty this season has carried, and turn toward autumn with an open heart.
