Our workshops will give you the tools and information to make the right decisions for you and your family.

We will cover these key topics:

Your birth options and preferences

What to expect when giving birth, both vaginally and via caesarean section

Helping you choose how to feed your baby including information on breastfeeding support and how to safely prepare a bottlefeed

Support after you have had your baby: how to care for your new infant, how and when to seek support and information about who will look after you moving forward.

Each attendee must have their own ticket. Unfortunately, due to capacity limits, those without a ticket will not be able to attend. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking so someone else can take your place.
