You don’t want to miss this opportunity to experience these two powerful practices. Discover Yorba Movement — a unique movement practice rooted in dance and inspired by the energy, rhythm, and grounding presence of the Norwegian forests and mountains
Move, soften, and awaken your body to rhythmic music, releasing tension and creating space within. Then, take a deep breath and prepare to be immersed in the magic of gongs and healing sounds.
Allow yourself to sink into a deep Klangmeditation, where the slow, grounding rhythms of the shamanic drum, singing bowls and gongs help you connect with your roots and find stillness within.
For the first time in Berlin, experience this beautiful practice and meet the persons behind it.
You will be guided by Vibeke, through Yorba movement and conscious breathing, allowing the body's energy to flow freely. These movements prepare both body and mind to fully receive the healing vibrations of the gongs, gently played by Claudio
