Ram and Lilu invite you to an afternoon of Kundalini Awakening, breathwork, intention and Blue Lotus tea.

We begin with Blue Lotus tea and take some time to arrive and slow down. Through guided breathwork and movement, we shift attention away from the everyday and create space for a deeper experience of the body and consciousness.

The Kundalini session works with the full field of consciousness rather than following a fixed process. There is nothing you need to achieve or perform – you can simply lie down, listen and allow yourself to fully relax.
Movement or thoughts may come and go, perhaps accompanied by a feeling of settling into a deeper meditation.

🌕 Hunter’s Moon – A Time for Release & Transformation

The Hunter’s Moon is the first full moon after the Harvest Moon. Traditionally, it marked a time of preparation for winter, when people gathered what they needed for the colder months.

Spiritually, we can see it as a symbol of reflection, letting go, and preparing for a new chapter.

Just before the moon approaches its peak, we invite you to turn inward, release what no longer serves you, and create space for new intentions.

Through breathwork and Kundalini Awakening, we'll explore this transition together — allowing whatever is ready to shift to find its own way. 🌙

Hi, I’m RAM, and I’ve spent the past 10+ years exploring and practicing energy work to help people connect with their inner power and find balance.

Along my journey with energy work, I have completed AKAWA and Rebis(Biological reconfiguration) facilitator trainings as well as Reiki master training.

Kundalini Awakening the of the most transformative practices I’ve come across. It’s beyond releasing energy—it’s about unlocking your true potential, clearing emotional blockages, and feeling fully alive in your body and soul. The Field knows where the healing and development needs to be taking place for each individual at a given time, and there is where the work takes place.

Every session I lead is a safe, open space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether this is your first time exploring Kundalini or you’ve been on this path for years, I’d love to hold space for your experience and guide you through it.
Hi, I’m Lilu. I’ve been Ram’s trainee for the past two years, some of you may have seen me assisting and supporting his sessions.

As my experience has deepened, our work has naturally evolved. Having worked together for so long, we share a similar approach and now hold the space as one—bringing masculine and feminine energies together while merging our different understandings into one field.
