Where will you take your dancing?In this workshop, Jay and Anna take will take you on a journey from Level 2 through to Level 3 and 4, layering in complexity, technique and challenge as you go. First up, some connection based drills and exercises to get you warmed up and ready for what's ahead.
There's no fixed path to take here. You'll discover how different movements and variations connect, so you're free to mix, match and create your own combinations, keeping things organic and adaptable.
