Executive Tabletop & War Room Rehearsal: AI Cyberattack Crisis Simulation

When an attack occurs, information is often incomplete and arrives out of order. Leaders must make decisions quickly, under pressure, and with limited facts. This exercise places your board and executive committee in that scenario before a real attacker does. Participants will face two parties, a deepfake AI agent, a malware payload, and an escalation into ransomware. The simulation is inspired by real events and conducted live, with no opportunity to rely on slides.
