About this Event
The Evening Reset: Ear Acupuncture Happy Hour + Herbal Tea
Leave the day at the door. Sip. Settle. Reset.
Join us at Denver Wellness Community for a peaceful evening designed to help you transition out of the busyness of your day and into a more relaxed state.
The Evening Reset combines ear acupuncture, herbal tea, and a calming community atmosphere to create an affordable weekly opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and simply take some time for yourself.
What to Expect
When you arrive, you’ll settle into a comfortable chair and receive ear acupuncture in a quiet, relaxing environment. While the needles are in place, you’ll have time to rest, breathe, enjoy a warm cup of herbal tea, and let the demands of the day fade into the background.
You’ll also be introduced to the E.A.R. Method™ — Educate • Awaken • Regulate, a simple approach for learning more about your nervous system and developing practices you can use in everyday life.
Your evening includes:
- Ear acupuncture
- Complimentary herbal tea
- A comfortable, relaxing community setting
- Time to unplug, rest, and decompress
- A brief E.A.R. Method™ overview and experiential practice
No previous acupuncture experience is necessary. Come as you are—there’s no special clothing or preparation required.
