About this Event
Join us on Tuesday 12 May at 7pm at the Bvlgari Hotel London (171 Knightsbridge, London SW7 1DW) for an intimate conversation between Esquire UK Editor-in-Chief, Teo van den Broeke, and rising British actor Leo Woodall.
Woodall will be discussing Tuner, a crime thriller in which he plays a gifted piano tuner whose extraordinary sensitivity to sound leads him into an unexpected second life as a safecracker, pulling him into the criminal world alongside his mentor, played by Dustin Hoffman, out later this month.
One of the most exciting talents to emerge in recent years, Woodall first gained widespread recognition for his breakout role as Jack in The White Lotus.
His work spans both film and television, with credits including Cherry and series such as Citadel, before taking on the lead role of Dexter Mayhew in One Day. He most recently starred in Netflix’s Vladimir opposite Rachel Weisz, a dark comedy-drama about a university professor who becomes obsessed with her charismatic younger colleague, and appeared in Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy as Roxster McDuff, Bridget’s younger love interest - marking his arrival as a major big-screen romantic lead.
He has also added Nuremberg, the 2025 historical drama exploring the post-World War II trials, to his growing list of film credits, and is set to appear in The Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollum, further cementing his status as one of Britain’s most in-demand young actors.
Van den Broeke will explore Woodall’s rapid rise, his approach to character and storytelling, and what lies ahead in a candid, wide-ranging conversation.
Light refreshments will be served as part of your ticket.
Limited spaces available - early booking is essential.
