Description:

This program helps you improve your English and learn about mental health at the same time.

You will:

  • Practice English for everyday life
  • Learn simple words and phrases about mental health and feelings
  • Learn how the mental health care system works, so you know where to go for help
  • Meet other people and make new connections
  • Build confidence to speak up for yourself and your family

We use easy activities and group discussions. You will practice real English you can use every day.

This program is for everyone.

  • You do not need advanced English.
  • Classes go at your pace.
  • Classes are trauma-informed and designed to ensure everyone feels safe and respected.

This program is facilitated in partnership with COSTI Immigrant Services
