Join 1000 Black Boys for Entrepreneurship & Creativity Unleashed: Part 1, an Inspiration and Empowerment event designed to encourage young people to explore their creativity, ambition and entrepreneurial potential.
- You don't have to be an entrepreneur already.
- You don't need to have a finished business idea.
- You don't even need to know exactly what you want to do yet.
You just need an idea, a talent, an interest or the curiosity to explore what might be possible.

Entrepreneurship & Creativity Unleashed is about creating the space for young people to explore that question. 1000 Black Boys exists to inspire Black boys and young Black men to unleash their potential and live a life of purpose. Its Inspiration & Empowerment Events are designed to provide hope and inspiration, showcase people and organisations doing great work, create connections and provide access to ongoing support.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This event is particularly relevant, but not limited to, young people who:
- Have a business idea
- Are thinking about starting something
- Have a creative talent
- Want to turn a hobby into an opportunity
- Are interested in entrepreneurship
- Want to explore self-employment
- Want to develop their confidence and ambition

Ademola Adeyeba - Founder and CEO of 1000 Black Boys
Ademola is committed to inspiring Black boys and young Black men to unleash their potential and live a life of purpose. He is also the Founder and CEO of Appy Group.
Through his work with 1000 Black Boys, Ademola creates opportunities for young people to be inspired, connect with positive role models, explore their potential and gain access to support and opportunities that can help them move forward.

Ainsley Nyandoro - 1000 Black Boys Alumni | Broadcaster | Host & Owner, People's Potential TV
Ainsley Nyandoro is a 1000 Black Boys alumnus, broadcaster and the host and owner of People's Potential TV. Having experienced the 1000 Black Boys journey as an alumnus, Ainsley brings a unique perspective to the conversation, combining his personal experience with his work in broadcasting and media.
Through People's Potential TV, Ainsley uses his platform to explore people, stories, potential and the possibilities that can emerge when individuals are given a voice and an opportunity.

Who Are 1000 Black Boys?
We are Social Enterprise that exists to inspire Black boys and young Black men (7-25 years) to unleash their potential and live purposeful lives. As that continues to happen everyone benefits. No one loses.
Through our powerful events and partnerships, we create opportunities that are meaningful for Black boys, young Black men, their parents/guardians and families.
We’re committed to supporting our boys and young men to develop a powerful mindset that enables them to see their true identity (not the stereotypes) and fulfil their potential.
Even though we say 7-25 years old, someone younger or older can also attend (and this is often the case with all our events).
We also spotlight unsung heroes - people and organisations who tirelessly champion young people's development and are sometimes overlooked. Beyond the event, we strive to build lasting mentorship and support networks, equipping every attendee with the resources they need to navigate their journey successfully in life.
Our Objectives for our Inspiration & Empowerment Events:
- Provide hope & inspiration to Black boys, young Black men and their families
- Give a platform to organisations making a difference in young lives.
- Facilitate connections between those organisation to enhance available support
- Offer access to continued mentorship, support & opportunities post-event.
