About this Event

Please note: this event will take place in London, Bloomsbury, near Malet Street. You will be emailed the location after you've registered.

Join us for a one of a kind masterclass focused on leading organisational transformation using leading research regarding culture, behaviour change, neuroscience and change management. Presented by master change management practitioners. In this half-day masterclass, you will learn how to apply ‘contagion tactics’ to drive behavioural change in organisations.

Following great feedback and reactions to her session in New Zealand, Jennifer Zuber is bringing her expertise and unique take on leading transformations to UK.

THE PROBLEM WE WILL ADDRESS

Most transformations don’t fail at the strategy level. They fail in everyday moments: meetings, decisions, behaviours not repeated. Culture is not what we say. It’s what people copy.

THE SHIFT WE WILL EXPLORE

Most organisations try to scale strategy, programs and communication. But behaviour spreads socially: through identity, belonging and signals.

Identity → Belonging → Behaviour → Results

Transformation doesn’t scale through initiatives. It scales through behaviours. The real question: Which behaviours, if they spread, would change everything?

WHAT YOU'LL WALK AWAY WITH

  • Diagnose culture as a behavioural system
  • Understand why behaviours spread (or don’t)
  • Map subcultures and cultural influence
  • Design change as a cultural movement
  • Apply practical tools immediately

TOOLS INCLUDED

  • Subculture Ecosystem Map
  • Cultural Gravity Wells Map
  • Change Contagion Map
  • Culture Hack Canvas
  • 90-Day Experiment Plan

WHO IT'S FOR

If you are a tranformation leader, senior change practitioner, Agile leader, or HR professional, this session is for you.

You will leave the workshop with a workbook and ideas how to make change stick in your organisation.
