In this workshop, you will learn everything you need to know about protecting your energy, space, and field. Learn basic energy protection and clearing techniques to help support your health, wellbeing, and vitality.
This course includes:

- Maintaining a high vibrational space & home
- Energetic cleansing techniques
- Keeping your energy centers/chakras aligned and balanced
- Interactive techniques and exersizes in practice
Guests will receive a protective crystal of choice and Palo Santo stick to take home. You will leave this course with a new understanding of how energy works, and all of the tools you need for energetic hygine.
About your teacher:
Carly has over 4 years of experiecne providing energy healing in the Greater Houston Area. She is certified in Reiki I and Reiki II, with a Master certification under Reiki Master David Lewis. Her pseronal journey of self-healing, and a BA in Psychology from University of Houston has equipped her to meet people where they are and guide them on the healer's journey.
