✨This meeting is designed to bring the EmpowHER team together for a focused check-in, strategic alignment, and clear action planning as we continue to prepare for the festival. We will also be exploring the spaces listed below.Meeting Goals -
- **Team Check-In:** Create space for everyone to share updates, wins, challenges, and current needs to ensure we’re aligned and supported.
- **Team Split & Roles:** Review team structure and divide into focused groups based on key areas, including:
- **The Secret Garden**
- **The Austin Garden Stage**
- **The Studio**
- **Action Steps & Priorities:** Define immediate next steps, deadlines, and deliverables for each team to maintain momentum and accountability.
- **Collaboration & Communication:** Reinforce how teams will stay connected, share updates, and support one another leading up to the festival.
- **Vision Alignment:** Reconnect with EmpowHER’s mission to empower creatives and amplify authentic self-expression, ensuring all efforts reflect this intention across all venues.
This meeting will be collaborative, solution-oriented, and grounded in creativity—setting the tone for a powerful and aligned execution of the EmpowHER experience across The Secret Garden, The Austin Garden Stage, and The Studio.
