About this Event
Elevate yourself!
Be kind to your body, feel nourished in your heart, and let your spirit soar in this soothing and luminous Flow, set to a stellar electronic & mantra playlist, illuminated by candlelight.
A perfect way to release your week and say hello to your weekend!
This monthly practice will begin with rolling OM’s, then a slow rise from the ground to warm up, a mindful climb to a dynamic peak of postures for strength, balance, and flexibility, and slow come down with long stretches, silent meditation, and waves of relaxation.
A special Friday night offering for those who like to go out, “to go in.” All in the good company of our community and the beautiful space of our MLK studio.
See you there!
