Running Challenge
Complete the following between 1 October and 31 December 2026:
2 km × 20 runs
3 km × 20 runs
5 km × 20 runs
Total: 60 runs and 200 km
Cycling Challenge
Complete the following between 1 October and 31 December 2026:
5 km × 20 rides
10 km × 20 rides
25 km × 20 rides
Total: 60 rides and 800 km
Record and submit your activities through the EGSN app or website during the challenge period.

ACTIVITY SUBMISSION STEPS
1) Sign up / log in to the EGSN website or mobile application.
Verify your account via email after signup. or do Google
2) Activate your event challenge.
Events → THE GREAT HIMALAYA DAY 2026 #VIRTUAL MARATHON & CYCLOTHON.
3) Upload your registration ticket screenshot.
Submit your activities under Activities → Add Activity.
(Strava users can connect directly for auto-sync.)
Note: All submissions will be verified by our EGSN team before approval.
